Switch on ignition

Wait for Isobus to load software (may take a few minutes first time)

Toggle down Right hand softkeys

Select settings softkey (Gear Symbol)

Enter passcode number 4568

Following settings are starting values and can be personalised to change performance.

Enter readings per bale =10

Enter bales per average =5

Enter trigger on time =1.00

Enter trigger off time =3.00

Enter response sensitivity =15

Enter calibration factor =220

Enter smoothing = 97

It is recommended that calibration is checked regularly

Ensure platform scale is unloaded

Toggle down Right hand softkeys

Select settings softkey (Gear Symbol)

Enter code number 4568

Press zero and wait for 0.0 kgs to display

Add a known weight to platform scale ( we suggest 20 litres of water in a drum)

Read current weight shown in settings screen

Ensure weight displayed is correct

If needed toggle down to calibration factor and increase or decrease number

Increasing calibration number will increase weight shown

Decreasing calibration number will decrease weight shown
