Alarm Warnings

To Fault find plunger and needle sensors;

• Select the diagnostics page.
• With baler making bales check the sensor signal is switching ……0 to 1 back and forth.
• If it is not switching, shut off the baler.
• Make sure Weighay is on.
• Check the led light on the sensor is on when plunger or needle carriage is next to it.
• Trigger sensor with a metal object

Platform

• Zero scale
• Clean trash from around platform
• Platform unloaded 300 mv approx
• Loaded with 20kg 1300 mv approx
• Load cell bare 14mv (alarm set for 50mv minimum)
• 100kg =5000 mv therefore 1 kg =50 mv.
